Noah Bach is an experienced professional with a strong background in research, advocacy, and organizational support. Currently serving as Co-Chair and Committee Member at the Human Rights Campaign, Noah is actively involved in the planning of significant fundraising events and lobbying for LGBTQ+ legislative initiatives. Previous experience as a Research Associate at WRMA Incorporated involved data analysis and report drafting for various government programs, demonstrating proficiency with multiple data analysis tools. Additional roles in customer service and administration showed Noah's ability to manage tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments. Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, along with minors in Business Administration and Women's and Gender Studies from Ithaca College.
