Dane Grams has extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and membership management, currently serving as Vice President of Membership at the Human Rights Campaign since April 2013. In this role, Dane Grams leads a comprehensive direct response program that generates over $18 million annually, overseeing direct mail, telemarketing, and member services, while also managing budgeting and program performance analysis. Previously, Dane Grams held key positions at organizations such as Amnesty International, Care2, GLSEN, and Greenpeace, where responsibilities included directing direct marketing efforts and managing revenue-generating programs. Dane Grams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government from American University.
