William Wharton has extensive experience in software engineering and technical project management, currently serving as a Software Engineer III at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since 2001. William provides training and mentorship to junior developers while managing all technical aspects of projects, including design, development, and budget oversight. Previous roles include Internal Software Developer, where William customized internal systems and managed significant migrations, and Lotus Notes Software Engineer, focusing on improving information exchange. Additionally, William owned WDWDesign, specializing in enhancing the web presence of small businesses, and served as CTO at IHTV Inc. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lafayette College.
