Nikki Stoneley is a research scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since May 2021, previously holding the position of research associate. Stoneley's experience includes serving as a graduate teaching fellow at Radford University, where responsibilities involved instructing psychology courses and providing student feedback. As a student consultant, contributions were made to organizations such as National Bank and Tri-Area Community Health, focusing on performance management and job analysis. Stoneley also coordinated projects at Nicus Software and was involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include participating in internships and research assistantships that honed expertise in statistical analysis and selection tools in organizational settings. Stoneley holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
