Ashley Jorgensen, Ph.D., serves as a Research Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since July 2021, after completing a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Jorgensen's expertise includes coordinating large-scale research projects, collaborating with national organizations, and conducting data analysis. Significant projects include the R34 Family Navigator E3 Project, focusing on mental health services, and research on work outcomes related to organizational support. Jorgensen's educational background includes a Ph.D. and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and a BS in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University.
