Fahad AlArefi currently serves as the Head of Development (Digital Solutions) at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in KSA, leading engineering teams to implement the Fund's new strategy programs since March 2023. Prior to this role, Fahad worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SITE where responsibilities included acting as Team Lead for the SITE Beam product, achieving a 500% increase in participant capacity for the video conferencing solution. Previously, as a Software Engineer at FlyAkeed, Fahad led an offshore development team to enhance software quality and communicated regularly with the CEO and executive team regarding technical project advancements. Fahad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and completed a Nanodegree in Deep Learning (AI) from Udacity.
