Kathy is a Honesdale, PA native and has devoted her life to serving the disability community. After three decades of teaching special education, Kathy spent her retirement supporting HRC as one of the first members of the Board of Directors, as well as co-founding a disability-centered summer camp called Dyberry Day Camp. Kathy not only serves to this day on HRC’s Board, but sits as Treasurer for The ARC, as well.
