Prior to current roles, Tomaino spent over a decade at HealthEdge, advancing from Senior Human Resources Generalist to Senior Vice President, overseeing international HR teams during significant company growth. Tomaino's early career includes positions at Harvard University, complemented by a Master's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Saint Anselm College.
