Allister Roy "Aloy" CHUA is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in fostering sustainable and inclusive development in the Philippines. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Roots Collective PH since May 2016, Allister has created a social ecosystem that supports local enterprises throughout their development journey. Concurrently, as the Founder of Iroseh Trading, Allister leads the distribution of several health and wellness brands. In addition, Allister serves as the Chief Information Officer at Kapwa Greens and a Product Development and Marketing Consultant at Trident International Trading Corporation. Allister has further contributed to the sector as a Dealer for Human Nature and has held leadership roles in educational initiatives through Curra Mentoring and The Daily You. With a strong academic background from Ateneo de Manila University and additional studies abroad, Allister's commitment to social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment is evident in numerous initiatives and organizations.
