Shrikant Sathe is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Center of Excellence Lead at Human Factors International since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shrikant held the position of Lead Designer in the Industrial Design Team at John Deere from January 2017 to October 2023, where contributions were made on styling and surface development projects for the next generation of products. Shrikant's background includes experience as a Senior Digital Sculptor at General Motors Design Studio, India, from August 2013 to January 2017, focusing on digital sculpting for both interior and exterior projects. A summer design internship at GlaxoSmithKline provided insights into packaging design for consumer and healthcare products in February 2013. Earlier experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Mahindra Engineering involved work on the Unigraphics NX CAD platform for body-interior projects. Shrikant's educational qualifications include a Master of Design in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a PG Diploma in Product and Tool Design, and a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering.
