The Human Development Center (HDC) is a community mental health center providing behavioral health care to the residents of Carlton, Cook, Lake, and southern St. Louis counties in Minnesota and Douglas County, Wisconsin.

The Mental Health Services team at the Human Development Center (HDC) offers comprehensive behavioral health care to adults in the community. Team members provide outpatient therapy, targeted case management, support services, clinical social work, and specialized mental health interventions, including services for the homeless population. Their goal is to promote mental wellness, manage conditions, and improve the quality of life for residents in the designated counties.
