Laurent Joblet has extensive experience in human factors and user experience, currently serving as the Responsable d'activité aéronautiques at Human Design Group since July 2018. Prior to this role, Laurent worked at Bertin Technologies for Airbus from February 2000 to June 2018 as a Human Factors Project Leader, overseeing team management, project management, and human factors design and evaluation for certification. Earlier positions include Human Factors Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from user testing to HMI definition for air traffic control and defense projects. Laurent's foundational experience includes a trainee role in human factors at Université de Technologie de Compiègne and TechnicAtome, contributing to projects in helicopter HMI and nuclear power plant piloting approaches. Laurent holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from Aix-Marseille University, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
