Shawnte Cox Holland, DBA, currently serves as the Head of Executive Talent Management at Vanguard, having held various senior positions focused on employee experience, culture, and organizational effectiveness since July 2015. Shawnte leads a team that administers surveys to assess organizational culture and engagement, while also managing a team of Organizational Effectiveness consultants to support business initiatives. Prior to Vanguard, Shawnte held multiple roles at Gartner, including Associate Director and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included managing IT strategy and change management projects. Shawnte's earlier experience includes project management at Unisys Corporation and business system consulting at Wells Fargo. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Virginia, an M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Wilmington University. Shawnte also serves on the Advisory Board of the Human Capital Institute.
