Hayden Kornblut is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Associate Director of HRBP at Kraft Heinz since April 2018, Hayden has held multiple leadership roles, including oversight of university relations and global IT functions. In addition to this role, Hayden is an Advisory Board Member at the Human Capital Institute, providing insights on human capital trends. Prior experience at Bridgestone Americas involved supporting a large workforce and managing university relations, leadership development programs, and talent acquisition initiatives. Hayden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing, along with a minor in Psychology, from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
