Dalal Alsaadoun is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Expert at the Human Capability Development Program since August 2020, Dalal previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Specialist at the National Identity Enhancement Program and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Additionally, experience includes leading internal communications as Head of Internal Communications at the Ministry of Economy and Planning and serving as Human Resources Assistant Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Dalal began a career in human resources through the Voyage global leadership program by Marriott International immediately after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from King Saud University in 2012.
