John Bamforth PhD is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Eshelman Innovation, John also contributes as a Board Member at Humacyte and READDI. Additionally, John co-founded the Ciara Arts and Science Foundation and holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Akanocure Pharmaceuticals. John earned a PhD in Neuropharmacology from Aston University and received an honorary DSc from the same institution in 2014.
