Juan Serrano is an experienced Workforce Management professional with a diverse background in operational deployment and team management. Currently serving as WFM Manager at Humach since October 2021, Juan has previously held roles such as WFM Business Partner and Workforce Supervisor at Conduent, where responsibilities included planning, scheduling, and performance analysis for teams of 10-15 members across multiple sites.
