Meenakshi Muraleedharan is an experienced professional with a strong background in business management, sustainability, and community impact. Currently serving as Alumni Community Impact Manager at Hult International Business School, Meenakshi has held various roles including Alumni Programs and Communications Manager and Career Services Intern. Previous experience includes a Youth Mentor position at Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, providing mentorship for the empowerment of Emirati and Arab youth, and a Sustainability Consultant role at eedama, where Meenakshi assisted over 37 companies in implementing sustainable practices. As Humanitarian Director at Step Up Dubai, Meenakshi established critical partnerships and organized community engagement events. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and International Business from Hult International Business School, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Middlesex University Dubai.
