Lauren (Piontkoski) Carpenito has a strong background in operations and student affairs. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Northeastern University, where they focused on professional staff recruitment, training, and development. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Residence Director at Bentley University. In 2012, they joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an Area Director, specializing in residential education. In 2014, they transitioned to Hult International Business School as the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and later served as the Head of Career Development for North America. Lauren continued to progress in their career at Hult International Business School, holding roles such as Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and ultimately becoming the Senior Vice President of Student Affairs and Campus Operations. Additionally, they had a brief tenure at Amazon in 2020 as an Operations Manager.
