The Community and Family Services Team at Hull Services works collaboratively to support children, youth, and families facing significant mental health challenges. Comprised of roles such as Mental Health and Addictions Treatment System Navigator, Family Specialist, Case Manager, Clinician, and Level III Community & Family Facilitator, the team provides comprehensive, individualized care plans. They focus on navigating mental health systems, offering therapeutic interventions, and facilitating community integration to promote resilience and overall well-being.
