Leena Kuusikoski has a strong background in accounting and financial control. Leena most recently served as the Head of Accounting and Reporting at Huhtamaki since August 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at Outotec, including Vice President of Corporate Financial Accounting and Shared Service Center from January 2015 to August 2017. Leena also worked as a Financial Controller at Luvata from March 2005 to December 2007, and as an Assistant Controller at Sanitec (part of Geberit Group) from April 2003 to March 2005. Leena started their career as an Auditor at KPMG Finland in September 2001 and worked there until April 2003.

Leena Kuusikoski completed their Marticulation examination at Etu-Töölön lukio from 1992-1995. Leena then graduated from HELBUS Helsinki School of Business with a degree in Accounting from 1995-1997. Finally, they earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Aalto University, where they studied from 1997-2002.
