Graeme Smith currently serves as the Head of Core R&D for Flexible Packaging at Huhtamaki, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Graeme was the Global Sustainable Packaging Director for Mars Pet Nutrition from September 2021 to October 2024, focusing on developing effective sustainability solutions in packaging. Graeme also held significant positions at Mondi, including Senior Technical Manager and Head of Product Sustainability for Flexible Packaging and Engineered Materials from February 2017 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at ABG Ltd from January 2011 to August 2016, and various technical and management roles at VitasheetGroup from 1997 to 2007, where responsibilities encompassed new product development and business management.
