Neia Ash is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Hugo since September 2023. Neia has been a Venture Associate at Rally Cap Ventures since November 2021 and previously held the position of Venture Fellow at Monk's Hill Ventures for a brief period in 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Finance Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Lori from February 2019 to August 2020, and Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2015 to January 2019. Neia's career began as a Product Supply Manager at Procter & Gamble in mid-2014. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Diplôme de Cuisine et de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
