Martha Okwudili is a Senior Business Development Representative at Hugo, a Future-of-Work company that focuses on building and managing remote teams in black communities for major technology and media firms, since July 2020. Okwudili has also contributed to RevGenius as a member since January 2023, engaging with a network of sales and marketing professionals. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Representative and Quality Assurance Analyst in machine learning, as well as a Client Relations Specialist at Lampnet Solutions and a Sales Representative at Stop-to-Shop. Okwudili holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Benin, completed in July 2017.
