Gabriela Flores has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gabriela currently holds the position of Regional Finance Director at Hugo, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Ambassador for LATAM at MRC | Merchant Risk Council starting in March 2022.

Earlier in their career, Gabriela served in various roles at LifeMiles from 2011 to 2020. Gabriela worked as a Financial Control Manager from March 2018 to November 2020, where they oversaw internal financial controls, led cost reduction initiatives, and produced meaningful analysis of financial data. Before that, they served as a Financial Control Administrator from June 2014 to February 2018, where they led the definition and execution of key company metrics and oversaw internal financial controls. Gabriela also worked as a Business Development Analyst from February 2011 to June 2014, where they were responsible for sales and revenue budgeting and led important projects in collaboration with IT and accounting.

Gabriela's earliest work experience was as a Compliance Analyst at Citibank El Salvador, where they worked from August 2010 to December 2010.

Gabriela Flores obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and International Business, from Ave Maria University. Gabriela pursued this degree from 2006 to 2009. In 2012, Gabriela attended INCAE Business School, where they completed the Young Executive Program. During this time, they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
