Keith Sargent serves as the Manufacturing Manager at Hughes since October 2023. Previously, Sargent worked at East/West Manufacturing Enterprises from June 2017 to October 2023 as a PCBA Engineering/Planner, and held the role of Industrial Engineering Manager at Electronics and Metals Industries, Inc. from February 1998 to October 2023, where responsibilities included quoting new jobs and creating detailed work instructions. Sargent's career began at Austin Manufacturing from 1994 to 1998, progressing from Machine Operator to lead programmer of SMT machines, ultimately becoming second shift supervisor. Sargent holds multiple degrees from the University of Phoenix, including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management.
