Sonica Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering. Sonica started their career at Orange in 2013 as a Cessation Management Specialist, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience by managing disconnect requests. In 2014, they took on the role of Incident Management Specialist, where they handled incident resolution and provided customer support. In 2015, they joined BT as a Network Engineer, responsible for WAN equipment installation and service delivery. Their most recent position is at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), where they have held the roles of Senior Network Engineer and currently, Principal Network Engineer. The duration of their roles at HSC is not specified.

Sonica Gupta earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. Sonica attended this university from 2009 to 2013. In May 2017, Sonica obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco.
