Dikshant Pandey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dikshant is currently working at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) as a 5G R&D Engineer, specializing in Layer 2 and Layer 3+. Prior to this, they founded their own company called Embedding Future in 2021.

Before becoming a founder, Dikshant worked as a Software Engineer at Altran from 2019 to 2021. Dikshant gained research experience as a Research Intern at Defense Electronics Application Laboratory, DRDO in 2017. In 2016, they participated in the India International Science Festival organized by the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Dikshant also has experience in the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), where they participated in the India International Science Festival in 2015. Dikshant worked as an Engineering Trainee at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in 2015, and made a paper presentation at the IEEE Conference during the same year while studying at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Computer Applications & Management.

Dikshant Pandey's education history begins with their completion of 12th grade at St. Stephens Senior Secondary School in Ajmer from 1999 to 2014. After this, they attended Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology in Jaipur from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication. In 2019, Dikshant joined the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) for a PG-DESD program focused on Embedded Design and Microcontroller system tools. Their most recent educational endeavor is pursuing a Master of Technology degree in Embedded Systems at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which started in 2021 and is expected to be completed by 2023.
