Ashutosh Kothiala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ashutosh started their career in 1993 as an Associate Engineer at NIIT, where they worked until 1996. In 1996, they joined Hughes Software Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and stayed there until 1997. Ashutosh then moved to Hughes Software System and worked as an Engineering Project Manager from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Aricent as a Senior Engineering Project Manager and later became the Director of Engineering from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined iSmart Panache (I) Solutions Pvt Ltd as the Director of Delivery until 2009. In the same year, they joined Hughes Systique Corporation as the Director of Engineering and later became the Assistant Vice President of Engineering in 2011.

Ashutosh Kothiala completed their MCA degree in Computers from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where they attended from 1990 to 1993. In addition, they also attended the School of Computer Science at DAVV, Indore during the same period, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
