Sam Kenworthy has a diverse work experience in the legal industry. They started their career as a Researcher/Journalist at Legalease in 2003 and later moved on to become a Consultant at Olivier Cheah & Partners in 2007. In 2011, they joined ASIA First Executive as a Managing Consultant. Sam then joined Hughes-Castell in 2012 in the role of Managing Consultant - Head of Private Practice. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held the positions of Associate Director - Head of Private Practice and Director - Head of Private Practice. They have been with Hughes-Castell since 2012.

Sam Kenworthy completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at the University of Kent from 1995 to 1998.
