Amanda (Robertson) Lorenz has a long and varied work history. Amanda began their career in 1999 as a Training Specialist at Direct Marketing Services, Inc. (DMS). In 2001, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Assistant Vice President, Auto Finance and Consumer Lending Training, and later became Senior Training Officer III - Consumer Lending. In 2014, they moved to Wells Fargo as an Instructional Strategist & Designer, and in 2017 they were appointed Head of Learning and Development at New Avon. In 2020, they joined Hugh & Grace as Vice President Operations, a first-of-its-kind, innovative self-care and wellness start-up. In addition, they have also been an entrepreneur since 1961, having started several businesses, including Guber Games, a video game store.
Amanda (Robertson) Lorenz has obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Finance from University of Phoenix. Amanda also holds certifications in AECR Certification, Adult Learning Design from Association for Talent Development (ATD), Certified Instructional Design Elements from Association for Talent Development (ATD), Needs Analysis Certification, Real Estate Broker from State of Arizona, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification | Six Sigma Black Belt Instructor Training from International Association for Six Sigma Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification | Six Sigma Green Belt Instructor Certification from International Association for Six Sigma Certification, and Trainer-Development-Program Certification.
