Florent Daudens is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism and education. Currently serving as the Press Lead at Hugging Face, Florent also holds a lecturer position at Université de Montréal. Previous roles include Director of Newsgathering and Programming for International and National News at CBC/Radio-Canada, Managing Editor and Digital Managing Editor at Le Devoir, as well as various positions at CBC/Radio-Canada such as Digital Editor for Innovative Formats, Social Media Editor, and Digital Journalist. Florent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
