Yolanda Lam is an accomplished Associate Creative Director and Experience Design Lead at Huge since June 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Experience Designer at Digitas North America from September 2017 to June 2021, where expertise included utilizing atomic design principles for building commerce-focused design systems and leading site redesign projects. Yolanda also served as a Senior Experience Designer at GroupeConnect, collaborating with Bank of America to establish design systems and execute comprehensive site redesigns. Early career roles included prototyping lab assistance at the Rhode Island School of Design and internships at DigitasLBi North America, Cessna Aircraft Company, The Fountain Group, PwC Hong Kong, and Clear - M&C Saatchi, contributing to projects for notable clients such as Goodyear and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Yolanda holds a Master of Fine Arts in Digital + Media from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from Western University.
