Marcin Talaga is an experienced professional in operations performance and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Head of Operations Performance and Energy Efficiency at Huf Group since July 2021. Holding the role of Industrial Performance Manager, Marcin also contributes as a lecturer in business practice at Politechnika Śląska w Gliwicach since May 2018, specializing in Kaizen methodologies and process improvement. Prior positions include Continuous Improvement Manager and Specialist at Huf Polska Sp. z o.o., and Process & Methods Engineer at Schneider Electric. Marcin began the career as a Specialist in production organization and purchasing at ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. Marcin holds a Master's degree in Automation and Robotics from AGH University of Krakow.
