Brian Hennigan is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Partner and Managing Partner at Hueston Hennigan LLP since January 2015, specializing in complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense. Prior to this role, Brian was a Litigation Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate Crisis and White Collar Defense Practice at Irell & Manella LLP from July 1990 to December 2014, during which time Brian was a member of the firm's Executive Committee from 2007 to 2014. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California from July 1983 to May 1989 and as a Partner at Blecher & Collins, focusing on antitrust litigation. Brian Hennigan holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
