Dwight Cooper is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO of Hueman People Solutions since November 2016, where the organization has received recognition as a Great Place to Work. In addition to their role at Hueman, Dwight Cooper is an active board member for several organizations, including Bluegrass Orthopedic Group PSC, Family First Homecare, and Novatech, Inc., and previously contributed as a board member for TurnPoint Services and PPR Talent Management Group, where Dwight also served as CEO and Founder. Prior to their executive career, Dwight Cooper worked as a healthcare recruiter at NovaCare and as an assistant men's basketball coach at the University of North Florida. Dwight Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University and graduated from Wolfson High School.
