Kurt Young is a seasoned recruiter currently working at Hueman RPO since June 2022, focusing on connecting people with suitable job opportunities. Prior to this role, Kurt served as a Campus Recruiter for Baylor Scott & White Health from August 2022 to April 2023 and held the position of Director of Scouting & Analytics at the University of South Alabama from August 2020 to June 2022. Kurt's extensive coaching experience includes being the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Frederick Douglass High School until August 2020, achieving notable success in mentoring high school sports teams. Additionally, Kurt founded KY Elite LLC, providing NCAA consulting services, and held various coaching roles at multiple high schools, including a successful tenure at Northern Kentucky University as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. Kurt holds a Master's degree in Executive Leadership & Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University and another Master's in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of South Alabama.
