Safiyyah Idroos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketplace operations, web content production, and consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Marketplace Operations at Hudson's Bay since September 2020, Safiyyah oversees the onboarding and performance of over 300 sellers globally. Prior roles include Associate Manager for Marketplace Seller Support at Shopify and Junior Support Advisor at Indigo. Safiyyah has also held various consulting positions, contributing pro bono services to organizations such as Scadding Court Community Centre through University Consulting Group. Educationally, Safiyyah earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Retail Management from Ryerson University and has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Gifting Guru, a tech platform for gift recommendations.
