Ying Guan has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in recruiting operations, finance, marketing, and technology. Since March 2022, Ying has been with Hudson River Trading, focusing on Recruiting Operations and Programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Rotational Program Graduate in Finance & Marketing at Marley Spoon and as an Emerging Technology Intern at Synchrony. Ying also gained valuable experience at Gies College of Business as Media Coordinator for The Hoeft Technology and Management Program and held various positions at the Chicago Transit Authority and the Office of the City Clerk in Chicago. Ying holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated from Kenwood Academy High School.
