Ajit Naik is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Business Development & PostTrade at Hudson River Trading since January 2019. In this role, Ajit contributes to the development of new products and trading platforms, engaging with securities exchanges and advocating on industry issues. Prior to this, Ajit worked at IIFL (India Infoline Group) as Associate Vice President of Institution Equities from July 2008 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing investment banking operations, handling private equity exit trades, and implementing process automation to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, Ajit served as Senior Manager at ICICI Securities from July 2006 to July 2008, focused on managing trades for retail clients and improving settlement operations. Ajit holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and both an M.Com in Taxation & Accounting and a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
