Derric DuBourdieu joined Hudson Pacific in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President, Leasing, where he provides oversight of the company’s office portfolio leasing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver.

Prior to joining Hudson Pacific, DuBourdieu worked at Arden Realty from 2000 to 2015, where he served as Vice President, Leasing. While at Arden, he oversaw leasing for numerous portfolios, including Chicago, San Francisco, Northern California, West Los Angeles and Orange County. DuBourdieu also previously served as a Senior Portfolio Leasing Manager for Trizec Properties, where he was responsible for a nearly 3 million-square-foot portfolio in Los Angeles.

He is an alumnus of San Diego State University.
