Carleen Welch is the Vice President at Hudson Library. Carleen has held several previous positions, including Senior Contract Analyst at Cleveland Clinic from April 2007 to November 2017, Financial Analyst at King's Medical Group from July 2005 to September 2006, and Senior Financial Analyst at Agilysys from January 2000 to December 2005. Carleen Welch began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Matrix, Division of Bristol-Myers Squibb, from January 1996 to December 2000.

Carleen Welch has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron and a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
