Clara H. is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including ELSAN, where responsibilities include dietary management in cardiology and multiple intensive care units since January 2021. Clara has also engaged in public awareness initiatives, such as leading a stand on dietary advice for heart failure in September 2021. Previous roles include menu planning and quality assurance at COMPASS GROUP FRANCE, as well as internships at multiple clinics focusing on nutrition interventions for patients with diverse medical conditions.
