Liam Watt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Development at Hudbay Minerals Inc. since December 2021, Liam previously held the role of Specialist in Corporate Development within the same company. Prior experience includes positions at Sprott Capital Partners as an Investment Banking Associate and Investment Banking Analyst from August 2019 to November 2021. Earlier, Liam worked as a Junior Process Engineer at BBA and as a Research Assistant at Queen's University. Liam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering with a specialization in Mineral Processing from Queen's University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Meadowridge School.
