Malika Nikhmonova currently serves as a Technical Lead at HubSpot and is also a member and volunteer for the WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement since July 2023. Previously, Malika held the position of Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Twilio Inc. from June 2016 to June 2023, and worked as a Test Automation Engineer at NRG Home Solar in 2015, where responsibilities included developing automated testing scripts to enhance web application efficiency and managing production releases. Additionally, experience includes a role as a QA Engineer at PlayNext and a QA Analyst at SGci Inc. Malika's educational background includes training from Hackbright Academy, AcademyX Computer Training, Los Altos Computer School, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Registered Nursing from Ohlone College.
