Brandi Marie Wilson is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and service operations within various industries. Currently serving as Director of North American Support at HubSpot since January 2022, Brandi previously held multiple management roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical resource management, business analysis, and service operations to support significant revenue targets.
