Alec Barrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and marketing. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at HubSpot since August 2019, Alec has previously held various leadership roles within the company. In addition to work at HubSpot, Alec co-founded The East African Experience Co., a travel consultancy aimed at creating memorable journeys in East Africa. Prior experience includes senior account management positions at Oracle, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in the Financial Services and Retail sectors, as well as earlier roles in client relationship management and marketing within different organizations. Alec holds a Master's in Digital Marketing and a Bachelor's in Sports Management from University College Dublin.
