Leonora Clark has a wealth of work experience in customer support and success roles. Leonora began their career in 2014 as an Intern at PlanSouthAmerica. In 2016, they took on the role of Customer Success Advisor at Raffler, where they managed customer service and reported on new and existing bugs to the developer team. In 2017, they joined HubbleHQ as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed inbound enquiries, collated customer feedback, and maintained client relationships. In 2020, they moved to Doctify as a Customer Support Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Hubble as a Customer Support Lead and Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Leonora Clark obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with Spanish from Newcastle University between 2012 and 2016.
