Charles Dion possesses extensive experience in technical service management, with a career spanning from 1999 to the present. Currently serving as Technical Service Manager at Hub télécom since November 2005, Charles oversees operational account management and provides expertise on customer support offers and monitoring tools. Previous roles include ROC Pole Opérateurs at neuf telecom from July 2003 to October 2005 and Responsable suivi grands comptes at SIRIS from 1999 to 2004. Charles holds a degree in maintenance inspection from Institut Control Data Paris, obtained in 1982.
