Andrew Wood is a seasoned operations and logistics professional with extensive experience in transportation management and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Configuration Analyst and Solutions Design Manager at Hub Group since January 2019, Andrew is responsible for the configuration of the Oracle Transportation Management system to optimize functionality across operational areas. Prior roles include Sr Logistics Systems Analyst and Transportation Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Andrew led IT initiatives and coordinated domestic transportation activities to meet financial goals. Additionally, as a Freight Broker/OTR Dispatcher at Seal Transportation, Andrew played a key role in launching a regional trucking company, overseeing daily operations and managing drivers. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
